How long does it take to see a difference?

This totally depends! Results can be immediate or take a bit of time depending on the individual or team taking part in the CliftonStrengths® assessment and learning the attached methodology.

Factors that come into play include but are not limited to:

What is the max number of people for an effective workshop?

For a workshop, you’ll need a minimum of two participants.
